At Veloris Beauty, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase.

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty tools such as trimmers, shavers, combs, straighteners, and similar personal care products may not be eligible for return or exchange if they have been used, opened, or show any signs of wear.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the request. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Veloris Beauty reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
